ANNUAL FLAG EVENT
Sunday July 5th
Everyone is given an American flag with
their name on it.
They put their flag in the ground where their ball comes to
rest after taking 72 shots plus their handicap.
(Example: if your handicap is 15 you have
87 strokes to use. If your 87th
stroke holes the putt on #17, place your flag on the 18th tee. If your 87th
stroke is the drive on #18, place your flag in the fairway where your ball
came to rest. If you shoot an 83 for 18 holes continue on # 1 until you
use 87
strokes. Now place your FLAG in the ground where your ball finishes)
